Beach & Shag Night

Feel the coastal breeze and the rhythm of Carolina beach music on Tuesday, August 12 at Seven Mile Post! From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, we’re transforming the patio into a vintage dance party you won’t want to miss. Shag dancing is more than just steps—it’s tradition, community, and a whole lot of fun. Grab your partner (or find one here) and get ready to sway into Tuesday like a pro.

Pair the music with ice-cold drinks, delicious food, and that unmistakable Seven Mile Post energy. Wilmington’s best beach bar is bringing the heat—are you in?
