About Shag Night

Shag Night is an open dance built around the Carolina shag and the beach music that goes with it. Seasoned dancers, returning regulars, and curious newcomers all share the same floor, and there is no pressure to be perfect. Watch a few songs, jump in when you are ready, and enjoy one of the Carolina coast's favorite traditions.

About Seven Mile Post

Seven Mile Post brings a little of the coast to Market Street every Tuesday, with room to dance, a full bar, and bar food to keep you going between songs. Retro Gaming Night also starts at 7:00 PM, so there is something for everyone in your group.

Why You Shouldn't Miss It

Cool October air, classic beach music, and a floor full of friendly dancers make this the perfect midweek reset. Come early, stretch those dance legs, and stay for a few more songs than you planned.
